Welcome to Secrets of Agder!
Get to know other workers and their spouses in the region.
Six times a year, between October and May, the Business Department/Relocation Agder and the University of Agder organize a social gathering where both Norwegians and internationals are welcome.
Secrets of Agder starts at 6:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM. During the first hour, we want everyone to get to know the region they have settled in better. There are different themes and speakers each time.
The rest of the evening is spent mingling and getting acquainted.
The location varies, but most often we are at the student house BARE in Kristiansand. See the meeting place under the specific event date.
We serve snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.

- Get to know Kunstsilo’s fascinating history, from its humble beginnings to today, now named the world’s most beautiful museum by Prix Versailles (2025). We will explore the venue thoroughly and mingle with a view!
- We will also hear about the development of the Port of Kristiansand (Lagmannsholmen) and how public authorities involve citizens in this process and development.
